The registration fee is EUR 230.00 per team and must be transferred by 30. 5. 2010,

ACCOMMODATION FEE, THE INDIVIDUAL FEE AND TRAININGS

INDIVIDUAL
FEE
Any team that does not accept any of above mentioned lodging alternatives
offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee - EUR 25.00 per person. This fee
includes the activity card for each team member.
THE
ACTIVITY CARD INCLUDES:
- CZECH OPEN ID wristband
- entrance to the sport halls
- entrance to all CZECH OPEN matches
- public transport ticket valid in buses, trams, metro within the
tournament dates
- entrance to the important historical sights operated by Prague
Information Service
- tournament party entrance
- entrance to the final day programme
- other possible activities will be specified later
CANCELLATION
FEES
The accommodation reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before the
arrival. If it is less the 30 day, the cancellation fees will be as follows:

30 % of the total amount
50 % of the total amount
70 % of the total amount
100 % of the total amount |
The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the ordered number
of persons. No refund will be given in case of a cancellation during the
stay. A reduction in the number of persons in the team does not apply
to any cancellation fee in case it does not exceed 2 persons.
