ACCOMMODATION
The lodging is provided from 11. 8. 2010 till 15. 8. 2010, and can be extended both before and after these days (the teams are welcome to arrive earlier for a training camp, except school). All lodgings are within an easy reach from the city centre and the sport arenas. The accommodation is arranged in the following categories (for further specification of the offered hotels please see the internet pages.

Every team has to present a full name list (including full name, birth date, passport number) after arrival to the hotel/hostel and prearrange the breakfast and other meals time with the reception (in case they are ordered and provided at the hotel/hostel). The participants are required to follow the house order in hotels/hostels, especially the night silence after 10 p. m. The check in time is 2 p. m. and the check out time is 10 a. m. The luggage can be stored till later time on the departure day when prearranged in advance with the reception.

In hotels/hostels the damage deposit is requested (EUR 10–20/person)!! This amount will be used to cover potential damages caused by the team members. The deposits will be returned upon departure when the rooms will be taken over by the reception staff. The deposit routine depends on the regulations of each hostel.

ACCOMMODATION FEE

ALL LODGING PRICES INCLUDE
Activity card, breakfast and arrival assistance. Bus transfers are not included. Bus transfers to or from the airport or railway station may be booked separately for special rate EUR 100/per team. The exact arrival or departure details must be specified 7 days prior arrival at the latest.  

INDIVIDUAL FEE
Any team that does not accept any of above mentioned lodging alternatives offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee - EUR 25.00/per person. This fee includes the activity card.

THE ACTIVITY CARD INCLUDES:
- CZECH OPEN ID wristband
- entrance to the sport halls
- entrance to CZECH OPEN matches including the finals
- public transport ticket valid in buses, trams, metro within the tournament dates
- entrance to the important historical sights operated by Prague Information Service
- tournament party entrance
- entrance to the final day programme
- other possible activities will be specified later
