Tapanilan Erä for the first time in the elite category of Fortuna Czech Open    (2. 7. 2007, (2.7.2007, florbal.cz))
The Finnish team, Tapanilan Erä heads for the first time to the Czech Open this year. This team ensured its admission ticket for the elite category due to its participation in the semifinal of the Salibandy-League.

A bronze team from the last year’s Finnish major contest is famous in Finland especially by its special / for the spectators very attractive/ playing style with many fast passes. The spectators certainly won’t be bored at the matches of this team, especially at the matches with the favorites of this tournament that Erä can always torment at least a bit.

Erä relies mainly on its own players and even in Finland it belongs to the traditional breeding place of talents /for example Oli Oilinki, Lauri Kapanen, and many others/. Every year, its players head for the Finnish as well as foreign clubs, but in spite of it Erä remains still very strong.

Among the greatest stars of the team we can fit Jani Helenius who together with Mikael Järvi from SSV finished on the first place of the Canadien awarding points in play-off, and a goalkeeper Jani Naumanen. To the other important personages should belong the newest players - Simon Riihelä (who moved from HIFK) and an Estonian, Rein Kivi (the player of the of the Canadien awarding points from the second major Finnish league). And just Helenius and Riihelä might be familiar for the spectators because both of them already introduced themselves several times at the Czech Open in the colors of popular Finnsta!!! Last year also a female team introduced itself at the Czech Open – and it finished until the semifinal with the future winners from Triggers Praha. Where the men will get there this year we are going to find in fewer than two months.
