Information for participants    (14. 6. 2007, Tomas Vaculik) Please check that your team is listed in the right category and in case of any problem inform us by return. We ask you to check the details in your on-line form /like number of persons, dates, team colours etc/. Potential changes in your lodging reservation must be reported by e-mail or fax since the reservations are already confirmed and you can find your hotel/hostel address in your form now. The exact address of the school will be confirmed in the beginning of June. We are not going to mail you the invoice for lodging or individual fees but you can open it and print it out directly from your internet form. Please follow the dead-line for the final payment till 10/07/07. Please note that the number of persons can still be slightly modified by you until 2 weeks prior arrival. Specify also your arrival details; in case you are arriving by plane or rail and we get the specification we will provide the arrival assistance at the airport or railway station. If you want to book a coach transfer to or from your hotel you can also do it in your form. In case you are going to arrive by your own bus you should first arrive to the tournament centre in the SPARTA Arena on the arrival day. After completing your final registration there you will be directed by our arrival assistants to your lodging. Meanwhile you can also fill in your on-line team list on our web – the names will be mainly used for the individual statistics during the tournament and can be updated until your arrival to Prague. If you want you can also load your team photo to our Internet system so that the others can see who you are… At the same time you can still request potential training hours, friendly games or coach transfers in your form. We are currently working on the match schedule and the schedule of trainings and friendly games. The final version of the schedule will be published on the Internet approx. 2 weeks before the tournament. This is all from me for this moment.
