However, the final result could have misrepresented slightly the whole course of the match. It was a very dramatic and very attractive match worth of semifinals. Dalen has started more active, but Erä didn’t hesistate and daringly set out for attack. However, in the fifth minute came elimination of the Finnish player and immediately even the punishment in a form of goal. But the lead lasted just till the beginning of eleventh minute. Till the end of the first period, also Hofbauer managed to score. In the second third the goals haven’t been conceded until the eighth minute. At first Dalen increased its lead and a minute later didn’t achieve to use a power play. Then Tapanilan lowered to 2:3. After unfortunate defensive save of the Finnish player the ball got to Dalen’s player and due to it increased its lead again. And two seconds before the buzzer, Matthias Hofbauer scored to 5:2. The beginning of the last third belonged to the Finnish players. They managed to level the score till the fifteenth minute. At first after catching a badly played pass, then by lucky own goal and third after bad pass at random. It almost looked like nerve-wracking end of the match, but then the sixteenth minute came and stopping signal for penalty shot against to Tapanilan. Matthias Hofbauer didn’t hesitate and ensured a lead for his team. Moment later there was another goal for Dalen. The Finns didn’t capitulate, but their pressure wasn’t effective. In addition, during more than two-minute long power play they got the eighth goal. So the Scandinavian derby is going to decorate tomorrow’s final match at 15:00 in T-mobile Arena.
